(3) Opening a store on Amazon platform – basic registration process
Create an account
- Click the registration link and click the “Create your Amazon account” button. Do not directly enter your email address and password when registering a new account;
- When registering a new account, Amazon will send an email containing a verification code to the email address you provided. If you fail to receive it, please try a few more times;
- Company name: If the legal company name is too long, it is recommended that there be no spaces between characters. You can omit the province and city and only write the company name.
Fill in company information & personal information
- Who are the “beneficiaries”?
A beneficial owner is someone who owns or controls a business by directly or indirectly owning more than 25% or more of the equity or voting rights in the company
- Identity information of the legal representative: If it is a long-term valid ID card, please fill in the farthest date within the optional range. Please fill in the name of the legal representative in Chinese characters.
